    #34 here. Finally, the first OP of the year for July, for £325.

    £0 for all previous months. We spent the first half year's surplus on big car repair costs and some house jobs.

    Hi @julicorn , thanks as always for this challenge – it’s so motivating to see the numbers rising! I just checked the spreadsheet and the numbers look a little different to what I have down. Here’s my amounts for this year, updated to include July and August too. Wishing everyone a fruitful month ahead 😊 Keep going – we can do this!

    @julicorn I have a question .

    I am about to spend all my overpayments savings on a different property instead of overpaying on my current one.

    How does this affect my participation in this challenge ?

    I have a large overpayment for July once I've worked it out but it will all be going towards the new property.

    I do intend to overpay on the new property onnce I've done it up but I won't likely move in until the autumn.

    Many thanks, #83
