    16 - £1578.07 for January.

    Balance now zero.

Still on MFW mindset, aim to move next 2/3 years. Work to do on current house, fortunately Mr Pepper can to the bulk of the work, and save for the move and any future renovations.

Many, Many thanks Julicorn, I can have a couple of weeks off before I start filling up the house saving pot again.

Can't wait to look at my mortgage account and see a zero 😁 congratulations 💐🥰

Thank you, I've been shopping in the sales, things I need and things I want.

It's just nice to take the foot off the peddle a little.

That's fabulous news, congratulations! Once you start funding that house saving pot, feel free to come back here, I can give you a second number this year for tracking that one :)
Thanks, Julicorn.  You can chuck one at me right away, as it all starts again for me on 01.02.26!

This group has certainly been a huge part of motivation for me, couldn't have done it without you.

    Have a lovely weekend.

Wonderful! I've pencilled you in as number 37, but let me know what goal you'd like to log :)

#34 here, with £0 for Jan and Feb.

Just a bunch of big maintenance/repair bills, some expected, some not. I don't really want to dip into the emergency fund to cover them.

I hope to get back on track with OPs from April onwards. So good to see all the progress happening in the contributions from everyone!

    Thanks, Julicorn!
