Barclays, upto £2500 cash back for a cash, investments, or ISA transfer

AFAICS, they are quite similar (from essentially the same company) but the IG one only goes to £3,000 max, whilst Freetrade goes to £5,000, and the dates are slightly different. Major difference though is IG is for new customers only.
It might boil down to whether you can do an in-specie transfer, as I think IG have a broader range of investments (not sure, I haven't investigated as I have an IG account already so am not eligible) and/or which platform you like better.1 -
According to the FAQ's for the offer:
Is there a minimum amount of time the assets have to remain in my account in order to receive the payment?
No, but your account needs to be open at the end of the offer period to be eligible to receive the cashback payment.

Read through all pages and most refers to transfers of shares and I see as main feedback slow movement and fees.
Could I initiate on Monday 9th a transfer of £75,001 from an Aldermore Cash ISA into Barclays, wait until the funds have arrived and transfer out 75k the following day back to any other provider that accepts S&S ISA's?
This should, if my interpretation of the T&C's and FAQ document is right, make me eligible for the £500 payment and should keep fees to a minimum since transfer out would need to be completed within 30 working days? Leaving £1 behind to ensure account is open at time of bonus payment.
The 75k are made up of previous and this year's subscription.
Transaction cost would be fees and interest while transfer out is progressing as I think the interest on cash balances is minimal.
Would still be lucrative but given the amount that could go wrong during transfers, potential complaints, etc. because it is Barclays and having to offset transaction and opportunity cost makes the offer not so lucrative anymore on paper.
Am I forgetting anything or haven't considered?

I’d be surprised if Barclays paid you the bonus if you transfer out straight away. Wait at least for the bonus payment

The FAQ are clear IMO:
Q9. Is there a minimum amount of time the assets have to remain in my account in order to receive the payment?
A9. No, but your account needs to be open at the end of the offer period to be eligible to receive the cashback payment.
Q&A 8 defines the offer period as 24th November 2025 to 14th February 2026.
So as long as the account is not closed prior to 15th February there shouldn’t be issues.
Personally I will wait til 15th Feb to initiate my transfer out and I will try and leave a token investment in there until payment is received.1
