    Just realised…they have to get their documents in by 21st July. They actually have to pay the court fee by 28th August. Doubt they'll discontinue this early then. The long wait continues! 🙄

    So, yesterday 4pm was the deadline for the Claimant to get their documents to the court. The deadline passed and I've not recieved anything. This is a good sign I assume? 😂

    Yes. But now email DCB Legal and say you will attend the hearing and will claim all your wasted costs of £xxx if they fail to email you their NoD this month.

    Then show us the NoD for Umkomaas!
