    I did the Mediation, was over very quickly. I even asked the mediator if he'd dealt with medaition for these DCBL cases before, which he had. I told him that was the reason I wasn't accepting the offer to settle.

    Currently awaiting a hearing date, I'm lead to believe that is likely to be towards the end of the year but I will keep you posted.

    Just thought you might have had the hearing date through by now… we all know the case will be discontinued (they all are) so we are wanting to count the NoD with the other 870 on Umkomaas' DCB Legal thread!

    Right, I have my hearing date of 25th September and I need to get my Witness Statement in.

    Is this straightforward? Do I not need to gather all my evidence and resubmit my defence complete with evidential material? I'm having trouble finding templates (but I suspect they were referenced in my original defence).

    What if something prevents you from completing it on time?

    What date do you have to submit?

    What date do they have to pay the court fee?

    They have until the 21st July, so I've got from then until the first week of September to get it all sorted.

    You won't need to do anything.

    They'll discontinue this month before the hearing fee is due. We are waiting to see your NoD to add it to @Umkomaas' thread!
