Use the KISS principle
Go to the top of this actual forum, listing page 1 of thousands, refresh the page
Then scroll down to below the yellow banners
There are 6 announcements, threads stuck to the top of the forum so they aren't lost , so pinned
You want the newbies thread, plus the defence template thread, both of which are always ABOVE your thread. ( this thread. ) you can bookmark them if you want to
No searching, no bookmarks, just simple use of a forum that uses the thread principles3 -
You've posted this underneath my signature ... which (it seems) nobody reads but it tells everyone where the Announcement threads are and how to navigate thereBlobmeister said:Cheers, I do apologise.
One thing though...I regard myself as fairly computer literate. However, people mention templates and threads on here and I go searching via the magnifying glass icon top right and I can't find these posts. Where do I find posts like 'Template Defence Announcement'.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD3 -
Back again!!
I'm in the process of completing the Directions Questionnaire. Question D1 Asks if I consider the case to be Suitable for Determination without a Hearing. I am assuming I need to answer something like…
'The case involves factual disputes regarding driver identity, the clarity of signage, the lack of clear seperation between the adjoining car parks and an appropriate parking payment system which require oral evidence to resolve'.
Thoughts anyone?

Study the 8 steps in the defence template thread and it explains how to fill in the form
Use the downloaded N180, not the paperwork , email when completed

I emailed the completed DQ to: DQ.CNBC@JUSTICE .gov.uk and sent a copy to DCBL. It has been 6 days and it still hasn't appeared on MCOL. The deadline is 23/02/26. Should I be worried? I do the the automatic 'receipt' email.

The typical wait is 12 to 15 days before processing

You have an extra gap in the email address, it should be: -
dq.cnbc@justice.gov.uk

lol Cheers Le_Kirk. I think that is a property that has changed during 'copy and paste'. I received an automated response receipt, so I know it got to it's destination.

It has happened quite a few times, I have reported it in the Rich Editor guide.
