Is this their car park, or a separate one ?From the Plain Language Commission:

Following on from this, UKPS didn't pay the hearing fee by 4pm 9th December which was the deadline stated by the Court. Does this mean the claim is struck out and I won't need to attend? I called the Court Office and they told me to email, which I've done, but 3 previous emails remain unresponded to. Court Office confirmed the fee wasn't paid, but said the Claimant is still in correspondence, so I'm not sure what this means

They'll be a time lag. Assume you have to submit your Witness Statement on 24th Dec still.
But hopefully you'll receive a letter form the court saying its been struck out before then and/or you receive an email of discontinuance from UKPS.

Do you have any costs you want to ask a judge for, or are you happy to draw a line under it?
Two examples of success at this are in the NEWBIES thread post 2 but some courts would require a hearing ... which you may not want now, as it is all over.
What does the final strike out Order say? Does it mention the Defendant's right to costs under these circumstances?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

UPDATE
So after the Court confirming UKPS/Moorside had failed to pay the Court hearing fee, the claim was struck out. However, I've received a letter this morning saying it has been reinstated due to an administrative error, and I now need to appear in Court 18th Feb.
What should I expect?
