@South_coast I had a look at the plan, but couldn't find a "T" anywhere 🤔, however, I did find a filled out form by the seller that said what we thought, left side is ours, right side is the neighbours, we also have a back wall which was unknown but I've spoken to the couple that live there and they are a couple around our age and very easy going, we discussed that if anything needing doing we would split the bill. Therefore, right side neighbour can shush his noise 🤣

It's been a busy couple of days with cleaning jobs which is good but tiring. I do have tomorrow off, woohoo! DH has gone away for his annual karate weekend, so it's just me and the dogs. This afternoon, I started digging a border a long the new fence, so I'm hoping the weather will be ok to carry on with that. I've got a couple of plants I've been gifted to pop in there and then I'm going to plan my pond! I know the location but not sure what shape and size to do it. Will have a look into that tomorrow. 🙂
