Thanks so much for pointing me to the new thread @cathybird Great inspiration from all of you.
I go to the supermarket minimum of twice a week so 22 is the absolute max I could hope for. Something always seems to crop up so I suppose realistically I'll go for 12 this first month and see how I do. I want to include grocery shopping as it will encourage me to mealplan and go to the supermarket more seldom.
I started a spreadsheet for my spends in November so I know that I've had 2 NSDs so far - the 2nd of November and today. Thanks for this thread.2 -
