Which one was it, and did you get the cashback, presumably yes?snookerloopy96 said:
I invested in one of the ready made fund boxes. As I don't invest ordinarily it took me a few hours to realise it was in uninvested cash!winkowinko said:Couple of questions regarding the TCB Santander ISA's
I understand the minimum deposit for the S&S is £100. One of the conditions says...- You will not be eligible for cashback unless you invest within the platform.
For the easy access ISA, there is no mention on TCB of a minimum deposit, but looking on Santander, it seems like £500 is the minimum amount. Has anyone managed to get the cashback whilst depositing less than £500?
I can now see the min £500 deposit terms for the easy access ISA.
Not sure of the exact terms so I thought it best to put into something rather than leave it.0 -

Maybe it's me - but the eToro search facility was rubbish - part of the reason I'm cutting. Couldn't find RLSTMM for example - found CSH2, though... But I could only see an option to buy in US$ ...with possible exchange fees in both directions?Rheumatoid said:

etoro doesn't offer OEICs. You can tell it to use your GBP wallet in the trading dialogue box - there's a drop-down.soulsaver said:

It may impact some and not others, but another confusing element is that nothing in the account shows that it's restricted (if it is). So if you go to purchase some GBP denominated securities, it tries/suggests to do it from the USD wallet. There's no option to select GBP, even if you have GBP funds. I was initially complaining about that as well on one of my calls (obviously daft to convert GBP to USD to purchase GBP securities), before I was informed that the restriction also applied to investing.wmb194 said:

I have been attempting to show empathy toward eToro, but it's getting increasingly challenging !0 -

Oh, if your account is restricted. It always defaults to USD so you still need to use the dropdown even when it isn't.Altior said:

The 3rd of 4, medium risk. It tracked as pending immediately but I assume its a few weeks for the money to get to me/us.winkowinko said:
