I actually meant whether you ended up on the CS app or if it was all done on the CS website - both are possible depending on the routing you take from the CS web page that TCB directs you to…

Did anyone participate in 25/26 cashback promos for Charles Stanley Direct or Hargreaves Lansdown, where you had to transfer across and hold for a year or so? Have you received your bonuses yet?
In other news, £75 for JP Morgan Investing now showing as tracked after submitting claim via customer services on TCB (£500 in a GIA). Pleasantly surprised as I'd previously done some Nutmeg via Chase promotion before the re-brand, so assumed i'd be excluded.

Yes - I transferred a SIPP, referred my wife, and she transferred an ISA. I got both my own cashback and a referral fee, and my wife got cashback. They were both paid out when they fell due without any prompting on our part.
The offer ran for several months, so there are possibly people whose cashback isn't due yet.
Edit to add: - This was CSD.

I noticed this too, and ignored it, as CSD doesn't make the ISA rules

A general comment about TCB tracking. If an item hasn't tracked for me within a short time, I always submit a claim there and then, even if it says wait for xxx days. TCB put premature claims on ice and submit them to the retailer once a claim is possible. TCB are much better than me at actioning claims as and when they can be actioned.
As of now, my Charles Stanley transactions haven't tracked. I'll give them until Monday to track, as they are probably not working over the weekend.1 -
That's far too much. FREE on Trading212 with stamp duty added on purchase price of trade, as it is for all share buying.

I opened a Charles Stanley Direct shares ISA via Topcashback. Funded with £500 on 23 March.
I still do not see cashback tracking for the £150 cashback I am expecting.
I have not, however, invested the 500. I have just noticed that the Topcashback terms say that I should have £500 invested within 30 days of account opening.
Anyone else see cashback tracking before they have invested?
I'm ready to transfer out here as I don't want to invest if I'm not getting cashback.

Not answering your question but I opened one of these yesterday and funded straight away.
TCB has tracked albeit with cashback of zero at status "pending". I think this is as expected. The terms for this cashback offer are borderline unintelligible.

Yes I invested after the cashback was showing as tracked correctly.
Anybody managed to open 2 different products and have tracking for both?

I'd be happy to have it track for 1 🤣
