Better to do the HSBC offer than Santander for a one year and on other rates, more than the voucher available with the higher rates. shame really as I like Santander ISA's as they are quick

Charles Stanley Direct/ Shepherds Friendly/ Topcashback

Advice please...

After seeing it mentioned in this excellent thread I opened a Charles Stanley Direct Investment ISA through Topcashback. I funded it with £500 about a week ago and I'm expecting cashback of £150 for this.
My Topcashback account, however, is not showing cashback tracking.
Has something gone wrong?

I also opened a Shepherds Friendly ISA and set up a Direct Debit for £100 with the first payment to be taken on 08/04/26. I registered and logged in to Shepherds Friendly and can see that my account is open. I'm expecting £320 cashback for this but it is also not showing on Topcashback.
Would I be right in thinking that the Shepherds Friendly has not tracked because no payment has been made into my account yet?

I opened Shepherds Friendly ISA a couple of weeks back (Quidco) and also have my first £100 payment scheduled for the 8th April. Mine isn't showing as tracked yet either, although I have spoken with Shepherds Friendly and they can see that I opened the account via Quidco, so that's reassuring at least.

Plan Is to raise a ticket with Quidco on the 11th April (3 days after first payment) if it still hasn't tracked properly.

No. Might you mean Quidco?

My first DD pays on 01/04. Quidco has tracked the £320 (plus another £100 for a voucher).

I applied via topcashback. Both tcb and quidco were offering £320 cashback.
