SMART PARKING, DCB LEGAL court claim 2025

I thought they had 28 days to respond to our defence - they are way over that time limit0
-
The CNBC don't enforce the time limits due to their own delays, plus you dont know when they notified the lawyers
If it doesn't mention anything about it being stayed on the claim history, its slowly progressing
You should chill out and wait for a development, the claim history is what counts, like your bank statement2 -
No such limit and you don't know when the CNBC sent them your defence anyway.tir21 said:I thought they had 28 days to respond to our defence - they are way over that time limitPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ok thanks. But if this letter is our copy of a letter sent to someone else then why do we have to do anything it asks us to do?0

Imagine the court clerk had (as they should have done) crossed out the line: 'the defence has already been sent to you'. OK? Now look at the letter again, pretending that irrelevant line was struck through.tir21 said:Ok thanks. You can see what it is telling you to do. It's purpose is to tell BOTH recipients to complete your N180 (DQ).
You already know from the 8 steps how to fill in your DQ. Email it as a PDF. You can download an electronic copy easily.
DO NOT FILL IT IN BY HAND, NOR SCAN OR TAKE PHOTOS OF THE DQ. The CNBC doesn't accept a DQ as scans or photos.

Who is person attending the mediation appointment? Is it supposed to be a mediator or my partner herself
0 -
Any person can be nominated for it by the defendant, so name the best person who can say
Hello, yes I am. Xx xxxxx, there will be no offer or settlement, thank you, goodbye2 -
Its either the defendant, or a person nominated by the defendant
Its a phone call, nobody is attending anything3 -
Anyone can say those words on behalf of the Defendant.
Or the Defendant can, which is the norm of course. It's only a two minute call!
Or nobody bothers to answer and nothing is affected. It is sooooo unimportant.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
