    Is this the Defence Pack Password because she's entering the claim number and this password on the money claim online site and it's just not playing dice

    Correct,  case sensitive , so ensure that it is copied exactly,  no spurious characters or spaces

    Issue date was 17th October,  so your deadline is 19th November at 4pm

    As above, delete the picture at the very least 

    Was the AOS completed in her name or your name  ?

    Have you got the defence draft ready yet  ?

    So email the defence as a PDF with headers and a signature & date under a statement of truth. As seen a year ago when we used to do it that way.

    As above, add the header and footer, signed and dated by the defendant,  saved as a pdf and emailed to claimresponses at their email address,  as seen in the first post in the defence template thread in announcements 

    An e signature is ideal , black pen on white paper,  take a picture and attach it to the final defence draft,  save as a pdf and attach the pdf to the email 

    Then check the inbox and spam folders for their auto response back and save it, as proof of delivery
