    I've removed the QR code.
  • Here's the back:

  • My deadline for appealing I think is tomorrow, but I don't know if that means before midnight tonight. I'd like to err on the side of caution and do it tonight assuming that's the correct move.

This appears to be a non-POFA Parkingeye notice. It doesn't mention the Protection of Freedoms Act at all.

A keeper appeal cannot lose at the POPLA stage.  Use the template appeal as KEEPER. :)
Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:
'All nations attending the conference are only allocated one parking space.'

  • Thanks so much. I've done that using the template on the sticky.

Its very strange of them to use a non POFA pcn template yet issue it within Pofa2012 timescales,  but lacking the POFA wording etc

Hopefully you will get it cancelled or win at popla
  • I'm not sure what to do next. I haven't heard back from them since I put in the appeal.

You just get on with your life until you get a reply

  • Hi, I got this letter, dated 11th November. I'm not sure what to do next. I know I don't tell them who was driving. Also, my appeal did NOT say I wasn't driving. I said I wasn't going to tell them who was driving. (I just cut and pasted from the sticky.) Thank you

    Clearly you ignore that.
