Still showing as 'calculating' for me too, also despite having our usage data.

We also didn't do anything significantly extra that didn't need doing - and slightly annoyingly, we used more electricity in the afternoon than in the chosen morning slot (I don't know why, since the slot was chosen in consultation with the family) - but I guess that means the more intensive use was at the cheaper time anyway.

Welp, a few days for them to get it sorted before deciding about next weekend.

The Uswitch app says”Results can take a few days to be calculated “. No different to Octopus then!

OK - well my use is at least populated for yesterday now which is a start I guess - and it is now showing "calculating" in the app too. Feeling a little more optimistic that it might actually work as intended, although I'm still slightly suspicious about whether they are seriously going to pay those of us on Agile out at SVR!

Mine from Saturday is still showing as calculating and they've had the data for over 24 hours now. So it seems it really can take a few days.

    Hmm.
The uSwitch app thinks it has my data for the 2nd of November, and that I used 4.3kWh, all of it outside my 1200-1700 "free power" period.

However, my actual energy use was  rather different, as shown in the Octopus app:
If uSwitch haven't updated their data before Sunday comes around again, I'm going to be reluctant to actively participate.

In my case, at least the usage data on the Bright, Uswitch and Tesla Apps agree.
But the Uswitch App is still showing my Sat 1st November Power Hours session as "calculating".

As per my earlier comment, if the calculation hasn't completed by the time the next Powe Hours session is due to start, I will opt out. I need to be sure that the value is calculated using my Eco 7 peak rate, and not the single rate version of my tariff.

That's not good is it. Ours does match up on use, but still shows as "calculating" so goodness knows whether it's actually ever going to tell us any results. I do wonder whether the original assertion that they would simply treat tariffs like Agile as SVR as they aren't supported by their systems means they've suddenly realised it's going to cost them more money than they thought, and now they're backtracking.

To me that just looks like they've got partial data, which happened to me initially, then the rest still came through.
I'm on day 3 since they've had my data and still "calculating".

I think at this point I'll probably opt in, just not use more than usual (unless the results come through by then to give more info).

Getting paid for our usual usage would better than nothing, particularly as going by emoncms the weekend isn't looking cheap but we do still have to do washing at least on top of the standard daily usage.  But if we don't get paid, then nothing lost.

    Thanks for the reassurance!
I checked again today and the rest of the data seems to have come through.
