Just noticed my diary is 1 years old today. Cannot believe how quickly that year has gone and that I have had over 30,000 viewings of it. Thanks to those who read my musings I shall try to make it more MFW focussed this year I promise as well as MB.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Right here we are first proper day back at work (yes I know I should have been working Friday but hey ho).
I am going to try this year to have new rules regarding working from home. Mostly to motivate myself and to ensure I don't end up spending too much time on MB and MSE during working hours.- Get dressed by 8.45am each day (got 11 min to make that today)
- Only look at MSE once an hour (may cut down on that)
- Keep a tidy and clean office (make sure I can see more than 50% of my desktop)
- Attend at least 2 sessions at the gym (lunch time is OK)
MB update did not find and bets yesterday so still got most of the GB bonus to do. Have blocked myself from some of my favorite casion sites to avoid the temptation to play there. Might mean I miss out on risk free casiono bonuses but not worth the risk.
Hope you all have a nice day back at work.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Just a quick update to say I am off to the gym for bodybalance. I am going to cancel my membership and join the gym just up the road. It is quicker to go to and my neighbour is a member and so is my friend so should help the motivation.
Done OK on food today and not planning to have anything alcoholic to drink tonight. Tomorrow night I have been invited to a workmates house for dinner so that will be a tricky one. If I say I am off the booze they will think I am pregnant so have to come up with some excuse.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Sounds like your doing well I'm trying to use the Wii Fit to trim my waist line but the weight graph has been going in the wrong direction.0

Got here after 6 hours in the car. Had a visit in Wiltshire so had to go via Birmingham to get here 300 miles instead of the usual 200 so a bit flat now. Going to dinner in a mo picking up a workmate from a bar and then off. I am not going to stop for a drink and I am pleased to say I have in 2009 only had 1 small glass of champers on NYE and 1 larger. Feel really well and happy to carry on although I might have 1 drink tonight as I am driving. Good excuse really.
Can't check Betfair as it is not a secure server but I have bets on the Tottenham game. Bloody Harry has got Defoe off us, pain in the bum.
Got loads of PMs for the MFi3 challenge so can update that and post the chart on Saturday or Sunday.
Better get off now as I need to leave here in 15 min.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Well back home yesterday as my course was cancelled so no point staying another night but what a waste of a nice hotel room. Nice to be back though and I have a whole day to get my datebase up to date before meeting my manager on Monday.
Done really well on the cutting down of alcohol challenge I set myself. Since 1st January I have had, 1 small beer, 2 glasses of Cava and 2 small glasses of wine. I am so pleased about that as usually in 1 week I would have had about 2 or even 3 bottles of wine. Its actually not that difficult although I did have the 2 glasses of wine yesterday but I definitely did not feel like anymore. Result :T
Had a nice evening at my workmates house. Played Wii for the first time. The golf game is nothing like the real thing but the bowling was quite fun. They had also just got a WiiFit and I did like that. For those who have not yet played on a Wii you create a Mii to represent you and it worked out I had a BMI of 23. I know that is within the limits but I also know I need to cut the weight down and do more exercise. Will try to get to the gym today if I can.
MB update, bust out of 1 of my gamebooker accounts as Man U lost to Burnley. I had underlayed so it cost me about £10 but I am now out and I think I got about £80 of the £100 bonus intact. Only got OH acc to do now. Will update my signature.Save £12k in 25 No 49

I'm very interested in your MB journey TallGirl, but out of curiosity (and partly because I fancy giving it a go myself), how much of your time does it take up to get the kind of earnings you've managed?0
