Right lets start again as I kind of lost track with the other sheet I had. I think I made about £3000 but starting from today I will count all I make and on what in brief details.

I have so far got £100 in bonus from Gamebookers and will also get that for DH when I have enough money in the account to fund his account. This needs to be wagered so no profits as of yet. Will also update my signature

Morning, really happy I did the reflections yesterday this could be the year I get down to £2000 mortage how nice. However it did scare me I need to pay £300 a month to clear the bathroom loan, that is quite a lot guess I won't have many savings this year.

A quick update on Matchbetting made another £40 from PartyBets and Gamebookers on the Icehockey no loose offer. I usually just dutch i amongst the accounts. Now I need to check if I have enough money to take up Gamebookers £100 free money offer.

Also looked through my wardrobe this morning and I have 16 paris of trousers. Sadly only 6 pairs fit me and only 1 of those are work trousers. I therefore have 11 pairs that I am too fat for so this needs to work really. Will update more about this later on.

I know what you mean about having clothes which dont fit you. I have most of my size 12 clothes in the loft when I got pregnant and now 21mths later I still not able to get into them yet. Hoping to reduce my wieght and get the clothes out of the loft this year.

Aww Lynn I am sure you can into them again 21 months is not a lot and now that the little one is close to walking (I guess) you will get plenty of execise running around after him/her.

I have worked out I need to eat 1472 calories and do a bit of exercise to loose some weight. I have never counted calories and don't intent to start doing it but I looked up what 7 large glasses (250 ml) was in calories and it is 1470. So that is a whole days intake. Seriously considering cutting alcohol out all together until I have lost some weight. Might need to then reconsider my goal of no more than 7 glasses a week.

  • Hi Tallgirl

If you do get pregnant then you will have to give up the alcohol for a while anyway so why don't you have a practice now so its not a big shock missing the alcohol when you get pregnant and you don't have to deal with lack of alcohol as well as the raging hormones all at the same time, did that make any sense lol...

I hope for both of you that 2009 brings all you desire.

I assume you are already on the folic acid and have checked rubella immunity? We used to drink a fair amount of red wine, knew the vineyards and grapes we liked etc, then, OH fell pregnant and I switched more to bottled beers (never have liked to re-cork a bottle) as obviously she went to zero alcohol. Haven't really got back into the detail of wine since and now only about 1-2 bottles a week.

Very sensible advice from both of you to give up the booze now if I am serious about getting pregnant. I am 38 so this is really about time or it is not going to happen. I am glad to hear it is possible to live without wine with every meal I think it is just a bad habbit I have gotten into. I did quite well yesterday no wine and ate quite sensible. Just invited my friend over for tonight so this will be the real test. She drink a lot and so does OH but I hope I can stay off and drink non alcoholic.

Going to tidy up my office today it such a mess and clean it ready for a new start on Monday. I have got new pictures of my niece and nephew and I want to be able to put them up nicely.

Going to have a shower now, then get the papers for OH (still suffering from ManFlu) and them tidy up.

Will be doing a lot of MB later. Hope you all have a nice weekend.

Just waiting for my bets to settle so thought I would pop in. Not done a lot today took the 2 decorations down I had put up but did not tidy up the office. Got some clothes sorted out and some stuff up in the loft.

My friend is coming around tonight the one who should have been with us New Years Eve. I really look forward to her coming but I fear my no drinks policy will be broken. I have to keep reminding myself of those 11 pairs of trousers I can't fit into.

I will let you know how I fared tomorrow.

Actually did quite well yesterday. Did not have a drop of wine only 1 Danish Christmas beer, 325ml so just over 1/2 pint. Friend was a bit jetlagged so went to bed at 9.30pm and I went at 10pm so not really a manic evening. She has just gone home and I have been looking for matches for the Gamebooker offer but cannot find anything at the moment.

Hope you are having a good Sunday
