Thanks Ali, anytime you are passing by but it will be a while until it is all done. I work from home so any distraction is welcome. Still haven't called the fitter will leave it a bit longer. I am so useless at explaining technical things.

Phew spoken to fitter and shop managed to explain the whole bit and swap the bath over to the right one. Fitter agrees valves need to go on long wall to show off tiles (laughed at us changing our mind again). We have decided to stick with single ended bath as it is longer. Shop will deliver correct bath with no tap holes on Wednesday but it does have antislip on it.

Arghhhhh... this thread is like Bathroom !!!!!! today!! I'm sooooooo jealous! I just made the decision to pay off my loan that was partly taken out to pay for my bathroom renovations as I should be able to save it in cash by Oct (if not sooner) and save on paying so much interest. I'm drooling at those pics... particularly the tiles. Where did you get them? Your bathrooms are going to be fab!

Thanks Taka, it is so hard to know if you are choosing the right things as it is permanent and so expensive to redo. The tiles are from a shop in Portsmouth called N&C here is the link http://www.ncdirect.co.uk/index.php?p=sl warning they are very expensive I think it is £65 sqm.

I ordered a sample of Ebay of some white tiles and DH has just called to say it has arrived and it is horrid. Well back to the drawing board looking for white tiles 30x60cm.

Morning,
Ebay sample was not the right colour sadly more of a dirty white and I want a pure white. Nice quality though so still on the hunt for white tiles 30x60cm but might give Topps Tiles a go as I have realised that no one seems to do porcelean tiles just ceramic which is a lot cheaper. Might nip down there today to get some samples and if they are any good we can get them all Saturday.

Also need to get two fans for the bathroom. Not much of a clue what to go for but have seen some really nice ones on Ebay. Want something that looks nice and that will be quiet. We don't use the ones we have as they are so noisy but I also want some thing that looks smart.

Other updates, made about £50 on the horse offer with VC yesterday so is going to have a go today too. Also managed to get my last £50 SNR bet with Boyles. Actually I have 1 more to get but I need to phone up to place a bet and DH is refusing to do that so that is it for now. Should get £47.64 back on that bet.

Also finally got my offer of free £20 & £10 with Playboy Casino. Totally risk free and a nice £35 profit for me but you have to look at some lightly clad ladies while you play. PM me if you want the details or look on the MB board, it is quite easy to do and there is no referrals involved.

Need to get up to speed with my work and the first thing I am going to do is to tipy up my desk it is a total mess. Piles of papers and mess everywhere and I have enough storage to put it all away.

Right quick update, have managed to tidy up the office and even clean the floor it looks so much bettter.

Had a few flutters on the horses to see if I could come second but only managed to "win" £40 on that offer.

Got the white tile from Topss Tile it is £25 sqm instead of £32 from the other shop so a good saving as it is the one we need most off. DH just got home so off now.

Got a message from the fitter today, he is not able to start Monday it will more likely be end of the week. We go away Friday so will have to leave him to it until we are back Monday which I actually feel fine about. A bit dissapointing as I had looked forward to him starting. Never mind a few more days wont matter and at least he will have finished his outstanding work.

Had a nice day at work, had to go to Weymouth to visit a client, took them out for coffee then a nice long lunch. Lovely way so spend a working day. Was a long drive but missed most of the trafic.

Playing golf tomorrow at 9am, it is a team game and my partner is one of the best ladies at the club so I hope my game is up to it. May stay off the Pino tonight.

Need to go and water the garden now and OH had bought some very nice asparagus for me for dinner.
