Hope you all had a lovely Christmas Day. I managed to cook Christmas dinner perfectly so well pleased. Phew need to chill out now. DH & the cat are both asleep.

Gosh that Christmas went quickly cannot belive we are off to Denmark tomorrow. Serious wrapping to be done today for all the Danish family and then cook a pie to take next door for a little do tonight.

Might have to go to Tesco got a £9 off £60 so that is too good to miss. May also have to go looking for Ecco shoes for my dad he needs to have them altered and they say those are the best so will have a look for him.

Right now I need to get dressed and spring into action. Hope you are all well.

Thanks MQ I shall be flattered if you try my energy saving old fashion cooking method just remember to stir it after 1 1/2 hours and perhaps add a bit less milk to start with. Its lovely if you don't mind not having a skin on it.

All packed now exept the jeans I want to wear are damp. Have a hangover from the party last night but otherwise fine. Going in to town to bank a cheque before we go. DH in the bath so made myself a cup of tea but could not be bothered to make him onel.

Having a very nice time in Denmark being spoiled rotten by my mum. Loads more presents and money from my dad to spend too. Seen him twice and spending New Years Eve with my mum then off to sister tomorrow. Going to see friend Sunday and bumped into one today in the street which was a bonus.

Really cold but not snow. Mum loves her DsI so we have just been to get one for her partner so there is now 4 nintendoes in the house
