Monday morning and not long now to the Holiday cannot wait will be so nice to have some proper time off.

Bonus hit my bank account this morning only £276 after tax but still nice and I paid it straight off the credit card.

Realized yesterday that you can register your console and games for the Nintendo Club and earn points for free downloads of games. Told my mum and we did a massive Skype session to register hers and get the games downloaded as you cannot use the points in Denmark. Hassle but free games are nice too.

Writing sales reports today I am so so behind but will do bodybalance at 10.45am as it is the last one before Christmas I might make.

Signed up for a Mystery Shop in a town I have a meeting in on Tuesday £10 fee and £3 to spend at the station. Should be quite easy and you don't need to buy a ticket. Handy.

Morning managed to get a mystery shop at a restaurant for this Friday £80 to spend and my neigbourgh is going and possible her husband. If he cannot go then BIL is landing on Friday so might be able to take him is MIL will let him out of her sight. Should be good. 42 jobs on there but most of them for Boxing day £9.75 to buy two drinks and a Sunday lunch - cannot really be bothered it is would cost more if DH and I went and especially if we take BIL.

Still 4 jobs this month is good. Just totted up what I have been paid from that site and it comes to £282.74 incl the last 4 jobs from December. Now I know that is not actual money but it is still freebies which we may have had to spend money on anyway in particular meals out. Amazing and I only started doing it from 30th Aug so all that is 4 months.

Off for a meeting today where there is a Long Tall Sally so might see if I can buy my own Christmas Present. Its on the way to the Station where my Mystery shop is so could be handy to pop in.

Decided to call the vet to ask how much the scan will cost and when they will get the results. I am happy to pay for it but worried that it will take weeks for them to get the results and in the meantime we are in limbo. He has not realy got any better eats a little bit and sometimes there is a bit of the old Eric in there but not often.

Worried about the BA strikes as that will affect us as we fly out on the 28th Dec and they don't end unitl the 2nd Jan. Hope they find a solution if not DH is talking about driving over which could be fun especially if it is bad weather. Hopely we would get a refund from Airmiles incl the hotel or I shall be quite cross. Anyway lets wait and see.

Going out for a Christmas meal at the golf club Thursday and then Friday we have the Mystery Shop. Then weekend and only 3 days more work. Bring on the Holiday.

Mystery Shop at station was really easy and I can claim the £3.38 back from work so will get £13 for doing it at no cost to me.

More parcels have turned up so only waiting for 2 now. Managed to get him a putter on ebay yesterday for £40 so will have to send back one of the things I had bought from my family so should work out fine now. Phew feel like I am getting sorted just need to do the wrapping. Even got a present for my assistant at work.

Should be off soon for lunch but person I am meeting has not set a time nor replied to my emails so may be off.

Here is a link to the video in Danish but I have translated it:

    http://politiken.dk/tjek/tjekmad/kysterkokkeskole/article852311.ece

1 kilo of different types of raisins or currants or whatever mix you fancy
    3 bay leaves
    20 black peppercorn
    8 Cinnamon sticks
1 bottle of white port (I did use Ruby)
    400 g of sugar

Roast the spices for a couple of minutes on a pan, add the port simmer for 10min. Put raisins in the clean jars and cover with port and spices. Leave for 2 weeks before using with deserts, cheese or cold meats.

    Quite simple really.

    Here are mine:
