Thank you all for your comments. I had enough of this nonsense of receiving PCNs (third in a row) from TPS for the car parks managed by my employer, and would appreciate practical advice on how to taje this further. I consdiered going to the small court - is there a point? Do I have a chance to win? How to I develop my case and collect all the necessary documents?

Usually a double dip is because the vehicle has only been captured 3 out of 4 times it passed the ANPR cameras and the system automatically takes the first entry and last exit as time on site to calculate the time on site*, so a manual check should be to check for the existence of an unmatched image.

This is factually incorrect, a double dip will only occur (with Zatpark anyway) where 2 reads have been missed i.e the first exit and the 2nd entry.
I can't believe that because double dips are so rife even with large operators like ParkingEye.

It's obviously not true, I've seen plenty of these, many of them dealt with at POPLA when the keeper was able to evidence their vehicle parked outside their home or workplace or the driver provided their Google Maps history showing their journeys, or the vehicle was equipped with a fleet GPS tracker.

Despite this evidence, companies often insist that their cameras cannot possibly be wrong.

We need more motorists to start proceedings or counterclaim for DPA breaches.

Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:
'All nations attending the conference are only allocated one parking space.'
