Damn...I am in Berkshire but visit Fort Kinnaird regularly when I stay with relatives near there. And they had no R&M sets in my local Boots. Should have planned a visit;)

Oxford Cornmarket Street had a reasonable quantity of them today - if that helps?

(I was confused as they have moved the gifts downstairs....)
  • grrrrrrrrrrr i wanted no 7 stuff and couldnt find any in shrewsbury !!

Last year I just picked up what I liked the look of and then decided who if was for.

Persuaded OH to make a special trip to the Boots store in Sutton with me and was really disappointed. There were lots of men's gift sets left, a few toys and other bits and bobs but nothing I actually wanted. No Sanctuary sets, no Naked sets and no Badger bodycare sets.

To top it all off there is nothing much left for me to spend my solitary £5 free skincare voucher on. I wanted some Sanctuary wipes, the comforting balm or the eye cream. In the end I walked out with nothing much to OH's delight.
Time may be a great healer, but it's a lousy beautician.... :/
  • The answer to this may be in a previous post but does anyone know what the cheapest thing is to buy with the £5 voucher you get at the till? Olay hand cream wouldnt go thro for me today SA very nice, tried, but said it has to be facial.
  • Liverpool street boots wasn't that great with the gift sets...did have 1 foodie set, few ted baker mens and womens ones and odds & ends. Did get a free no7 highlighter though :D

Went to watford (waterfall and harlequin) had a fab time! Got these lovely hand care giant tea-cups with files, gloves, creams etc from £8 down to £2.

    Also got:

Addidas mens showergel & spray sent was £5.xx now £1.37
Hand cream cup set was £8 now £2
Blue kahuna gift set was £12 now £3
    Boots 2 x lipgloss + photo stand was £5 now £1.25
Luxury Christmas crackers was £12 now £3
    No 7 eye jewels x 2 was £12.50 now £4.25
No7 xmas special highlighter now £4.25

The no7 stuff went thro on 3 for 2!! yipee! But my voucher for the free highlighter wouldn't scan no matter how many times the SA tried and in how many combinations!

Also the Olay handcream wouldn't scan for me with the £5off voucher :S

Tried getting the no 17 purse with 2 highlighters in + the make up brush set + free wipes + 100 pts voucher but didn't work. SA said "it doesn't include xmas gift sets"...o well worth a try!

Now i'm looking forward to the 90% off sale :D
