    that's where i am confused?

it would help if I knew what a bonus token was!!!

the small print says only one bonus token can be used. so can i use both SAND and KEEP in my application? because they are called "starter" tokens.

yes you can use both :)
  • think the sun made a mess of booking and it never worked online until late this morning. (there was confusion with the bonus tokens )
i used the words you have. i used sand and keep when i booked online. so i would think it would be ok to use when posting off too.

re the linen: we have been doing sun hols for years and usually take duvet covers and sheets and pillowcases (and pillows for preference) with us; if you go by car its no hassle to cram them in. Haven't often found the linen in the caravan by accident, only once or twice I think. So don't assume it will be there if you dont pay the inflated charge. I would only get it if not travelling by car and unable to carry my own.
Re the entertainment passes: often needed to be shown to get in the swimming pool as well as the complex, so we have always forked out for these, including the kids.
Still mystified how to get holiday cheaper, whenever I have checked the site direct this year or previously its always about twice as much as the Sun, this year we are going for a mid week June break to Challaborough Bay in Devon so we can have a look at Agatha Christies location Burgh Island. Booked ok yest. afternoon after confusion in the morning.
