Windows 10 - Has anybody been able to sign up for extended support?

I did see a youtube by Liron Segev, as I recall he was recommending to download the ISO file now as these will be removed from microhard site when support for windows 10 ends,....

Just got round to trying mine and 

despite the fact that I am connected and the 'check for updates' just completed!

Tried a reboot to no avail.

I couldn't make the dism bit work but maybe I typed dsim!

But, I did do the 'sfc/scannow' stuff which found some errors and I've now managed to get my security extended! 🎉

I just did mine and like @SpanishBlue I was also already enrolled in their back up scheme. I use a Local sign in but have a Outlook email account, so used that. Didn't even offer me a payment or points option. Still using a Local account sign in. One Drive isn't backing anything up  and I went into Settings to make sure that I wasn't sharing anything obvious. Even deleted my Device from Microsoft settings. Enrollment status remains unchanged.
