E-voucher never arrived

Hi all,
I recently purchased an e voucher for some friends for a restaurant however, 2 weeks later, it has still not arrived. I've checked email addresses and all is correct, and I have a receipt to say it has been sent.
Having just checked the company I have also just found out in the last few days it is planning to close. It was below £100 so cannot ask for a chargeback, but still a considerable amount of money. Is there any other way to get this resolved as company are so far not replying. Ideal outcome now is a refund.
Thanks

Have you checked your spam/junk folder to make sure it hasn't gone in there?

Have they given you a delivery date?
Have you asked for a refund?

If you have done the above, you can then raise a dispute with your card issuer for goods or service not received - there is no minimum amount.
Only S75 has lower & upper limits. (£100 & £30k) Here is a link explaining about both

    A chargebacks has no limits...
But before you can start the process. When was the voucher for?
As you can not do anything till after that date, or if you have proof that the company are no longer trading.

Planning to close means nothing. 🤷‍♀️
