ECP /DCB LEGAL COURT CLAIM 3
Comments

Ive just checked it... It has an old address on it
A number of previous claims were received at
my current address as they were in my gfs name
This one is in my name
But I've received the claim form at current address in my name?0 -
Well it should do, so perhaps the missing paperwork went to an old registered address. ?
Have you failed to keep it up to date. , presumably it was correct on 8th August 2025. ?
See the posts in the following thread

I have failed to keep it up to date. I'm not a prolific user of it!! Damn. And double damn
Is there any way out
Why would the claim form come here and nothing else0 -
Because the Claimants provided your correct address.
The court only had that address at first.
Then you overwrote & altered that data by responding in MCOL showing a different address. Sadly, you did this...you were the one who changed it by using that MCOL account with old data on it.
Re-email your defence to Claim Responses (attached as a signed & dated PDF, which means it stands as filed again and not struck out - sneaky but true) and say you never received the DQ because it seems they sent it to your old address.
Confirm your correct address was the one on the Claim Form all along. Make out that this was a CNBC error. Try it as a complaint. Don't forget to attach the signed & dated defence.
They'll probably tell you to file an application to set aside the judgment. £313 fee. But let's see...get the defence re-filed anyway. That 'puts a foot in the door' with the defence back in... and as long as it isn't rejected or struck out again, a filed defence stops a default CCJ.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hello. It's just got away from me, I got a judgement.
1 out of 3 or 4 isn't bad I guess.
Do you happen to known what the cost is to alter the repayments? I'm on minimum wage.
Thanks for all of your help, with this, and the others, all of you. Im very very grateful.
