It says dq posted to me but I have had nothing.
I would have returned it as a pdf but I have no form, no sent message, im not that sloppy to just lose it.

I just cant accept it. I have all my paperwork in order in plastic wallets, I have this original pcn from nov 2023 I would not have misplaced it.
Ive recently had an important document not arrive from the dvla also. Posted does not mean delivered, surely.0 -
So they sent it last October, so why didn't you keep checking your MCOL claim history and email it when they stated that it was posted ? ( you cannot Rely on Royal Mail ! ) they were fined last year for mail issues
Always keep on top of the claim history. ( like you would a bank account, its the account that matters. )
They should have posted a letter early last month, 10th December, to you because of the missing DQ submission, around the time of the general sanctions order
Your stance is that no postal N180 DQ document was received , presumably not the sanctions order either. ?

You're right. I haven't checked the mcol account, up till now. It's been xmas etc, it did slip my mind.
Not had any contact of any kind from anyone.
I had trouble with cnbc before, they didn't forward my Defence.
Do I submit a complaint? Is it enough to say that nothing has been received.0 -
Your problem started on Wednesday 22nd October, 2 business days after they posted the N180 ! Not xmas
I would think that they posted the General Sanctions order on 10th December, so presumed delivered 2 business days later, on Friday 12th December, a couple of weeks before Xmas2 -
No. This is ridiculous. The important dvla form was not received also, something else i have to pay for. The court is very close to me, is it worth going there to speak to someone0

Does your MCOL registration page show your current address?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
