I missed this one.. hands up, just couldnt keep up. I have some discontinued, some that appear to not have been follwed up, some that went wrong and had to be corrected, and yeah, i just missed it.

POC are mirror image of the others, AOS sent 13-08-25

Can i ask if the template defense including cause of action estoppel/henderson is sufficient response?

Yes it would be - are you pushed for the 33 day deadline? Looks like it? Show us the POC though, and tell us the date of issue.
