3.. Referring to the POC: paragraph 1 is denied. The Defendant is
not indebted to the Claimant. Paragraph 2 is denied. Whilst the
Defendant is the registered keeper, paragraphs 3 and 4 are
denied. The Defendant is not liable and has seen no evidence of a
breach of prominent terms. The quantum is hugely exaggerated (no
PCN can be £170 on private land) and there were no damages
incurred whatsoever. The Claimant is put to strict proof of all
of their allegations.1 -
Good - it is in!
Have you done the Public Consultation?
I can't recall who has or hasn't but the government has extended the deadline 3 weeks.

Hello guys. Just checked MCOL as I haven't heard anything about this, and:
General sanctions order made
Defence rejected 21-01
Defence struck out
Instant panic. But looking through mcol, and paperwork, I've had no DQ? All i have is the pcns, the AOS and the claim form.
I'm hoping this is going to be yet another court mistake.
AOS Was sent 13.08.25 and not heard anything since0 -
Complain about it in writing to the CNBC to HMCTS ASAP
plenty of similar issues on here due to problems at the CNBC , so read a few ASAP
I hope that you emailed the DQ email address with that N180 DQ document as a downloaded and filled in as a pdf attachment ? ( definitely not pictures or scans. ? , or post )
Did you get an auto email response back confirming receipt. ?

I have nothing in SENT to cnbc. I have nothing in MCOL. I have no DQ in my paper chain at home.
I cant believe I've mislaid it.. there just seems to be no evidence of it.
Although, how could I have known it was allocated to small claims track1 -
Agreed, but your MCOL claim history should have shown it being posted months ago, plus the claimants DQ being logged too
Post a picture of your MCOL claim history below
You stated that the defence was submitted on MCOL on 7th September
You didn't confirm the format of the N180 you sent, if any2
