I packed the first box of delicate breakable items to be shipped last night. My house looks like a charity shop warehouse but I won't be home for most of the weekend and I'm hoping the auction house will be in touch on Monday to arrange emptying the storage unit Tuesday or Wednesday 🤞🏻
My main goal (not really an oat) this weekend is to make notes or do a rough draft of the application form for the new  job/promotion. I'm still not sure whether to apply but at least if I get that bit done the decision will be easier. I won't just be put off by the paperwork.

If you're not sure about the job/promotion it's still worth applying and if you get offered the job you can then make a more informed decision.  If you don't apply then you've got no chance of getting it!

I had such a long lie-in, but I thought I should sort out my shoes and boots as I didn't get around to it the other day. I took them all out of the wardrobe and vacuumed, then cleaned the shelves and put the new show rack in. I put all my footwear back in.

I have been doing lots of classes this year so I've been a lot busier and the cleaning in my house has suffered for it as the shelves were really dusty and dirty. :*

All aluminium recycling removed from almost overflowing collection point in the kitchen, bagged up and ready to take to the tip.
Prepped my passport renewal form - that job has been looking at me for two weeks! 😳
    Watered the greenhouse 😊
Almost dried Mr KK’s washing in the line - it’s just finishing off in the TD and I then will fold it all.
His bedding is just coming to the end of a five hour wash … 🙄 Then I can get the towels on.
Spent an hour in the garden in the sunshiney bits of the garden:
    - hacked back a purple berberis - it’s lovely but it’s casting shade and light is at such a premium here I have had to restrain it somewhat …
    - moved my VSGF’s dahlias to the potting shed
    - tied in a climber that has been struggling on for two years but seems to be finally getting going now … maybe …? 🤷‍♀️😊

Helped Mr KK by retrieving all ingredients from the cellar fro his Normandy pork casserole - he seems to be quite enjoying feeling he’s achieving something by cooking 😊❤️

Cleaned the bathroom and downstairs loo. That should have been done on Friday but I was too wiped.

Feel like I have caught up a bit 😊👏

Forgot one - have been in back and forth email dialogue today with a garden centre local to my mum about them planting up a pot of spring bulbs, for them to deliver to my mum for Christmas. So far we have established they don’t normally sell such things, that we are going to go for a blue glazed pot (they sent me a picture of two possibles) and a budget … I’m quite enjoying myself! 😉😂
