iWeb Change to Scottish Widows

I can still login and do everything as normal so nothing to worry about. When the login changes the page will tell you and you just bookmark a new site, again nothing to worry about since nothing has failed yet.4

Interesting, it seems like the "from" has been misinterpreted somewhere between the migration team and the customer relations team. I've only received two emails from them, one back in August and one at the very start of October about varying the T&Cs. Nothing since then, but the statement on the website saying things would start to be migrated from 18th Oct has been there since at least 11th October.tigerspill said:
I received the email on 6th October stating it would all happen on 18th October and that we could login to SW at that time.masonic said:I must have missed that email then. I've been following announcements on the website and no such statements have been made there. Seems most likely to be an issue with the team who wrote the email.3 -
Had email on1st October titled:
IWeb Share Dealing is becoming Scottish Widows Share Dealing
Excerpts
We’re pleased to let you know that IWeb Share Dealing will become Scottish Widows Share Dealing on 18 October 2025.
From 18 October 2025 you can log in and view your account(s) on the Scottish Widows website. Your log in details and account number will stay the same.
Doesn't really affect me that it's not been a successful switchover but I've downloaded transaction pdfs just in case there are other issues when it migrates.1 -

There is a massive cloud outage affecting many companies including Lloyds Banking Group. That may be the cause of today's trouble.thunderroad88 said:iWeb site totally down now and SW “have you come from IWeb” link on the SW site also not working…..good job guys3 -
