- OPs to mortgage = £12,345 Estd. interest saved = £5,863 to date
Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

Not today, there was a few items I needed with regards groceries etc - but I could have done without some of the purchases. September I will try harder, however I am being kind to myself for my new job starting tomorrowXXMissions for the rest of the year:-
1) Build up an emergency fund (EF)
2) Improve spending habits.
3) Create a budget that is compatible to me.
4) Buy healthier snacks to avoid junk food splurges.2 -
