- When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £232,244
- OPs to mortgage = £12,148 Interest saved £5,738 to date
Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

Not today, there was a few items I needed with regards groceries etc - but I could have done without some of the purchases. September I will try harder, however I am being kind to myself for my new job starting tomorrowXXMission Number One: Get a job!
Mission Number Two: Get a lodger!
Mission Number Three: Clear debt, starting balance: £1997.17, balance now: £1800.00
Mission Number Four: Keep Job!
Once accomplished all four missions come back and start new missions!2 -
