- When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £227,385
- OPs to mortgage = £12,881 Estd. interest saved = £6,203 to date
c. 16 months reduction in term
Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030
Read 1 books of target 52 in 2026 as @ 1st January
Produce tracker: £10 of £400 in 2026

Not today, there was a few items I needed with regards groceries etc - but I could have done without some of the purchases. September I will try harder, however I am being kind to myself for my new job starting tomorrowXXGoal 1: Get a permenant job that sticks.
Goal 2: Aim 15 No spend days in January or above actual so far - 0
Goal 3: Get a lodger
Goal 4: Once goal 1 & 3 complete add 1K to the EF
Goal 5: Once goal 4 complete save for my own car as I do need one.2 -
