Chip to Tandem for me took 2 days recently. Excellent service

Marcus to Shawbrook . After 4 weeks I abandoned it as Shawbrook deemed it a partial transfer when I had requested a full transfer. They finally admitted their error and gave me a token compo.

Cynergy to Tembo. Requested on 22nd Dec, money left Cynergy on 24th Dec, credited on 2nd Feb. I've started pestering as soon as 15 working days passed. As a settlement I will get lost interest plus compensation for tax I'll have to pay on this sum paid into my bank account. It was a faff but I'm happy with the outcome, it wasn't a big sum to leave outside ISA wrapper. I think 4.3% will be a competitive rate for the next 12 months.

Recently switched from United Trust Bank to Cynergy. Applied for the Cynergy online ISA on 26 Jan, but UTB maturity wasn't until 2 Feb. I received confirmation from Cynergy that UTB had accepted the request on 28 Jan, then an email from UTB on 2nd Feb with a link to my statement showing interest added, then an email from Cynergy @ 8:23am saying saying UTB had accepted the application to transfer and payment would be sent to them shortly and they would confirm when received. At 15:04 on 2 Feb received an email to say funds had been received by Cynergy, logged on to check and it was there.

I then wanted to open a further account with them as I wanted to split the ISA as I wanted part in a fixed and the rest in the online ISA as I know I will need access in the next few months. I had to ring them to set up the new fixed ISA as I couldn't figure out how to open the 3yr online and I had been advised I needed to request the funds be moved by phone. I did that around an hour after confirmation of funds and by the next morning the relevant amount had been moved to the fixed ISA.

Never used Cynergy before, but my first impressions have been good.

Moneybox ISA to Meteor (IS Bank) ISA. Started the process Saturday 31st Jan, money left Moneybox 6th Feb, arrived Meteor 7th with new ISA fully opened and earning interest from 9th Feb - Not bad at all.

Vida to Meteor 6 working days. The money goes into a holding account and you need to apply for one of the ISAs on offer on the Meteor site. Then it takes another working day before you know whether your application has been accepted.
