Purely out of interest (as an ex RWG user !) did they ever add 4gVOLTE support or wifi calling ? It always seemed to be "coming soon".!0

My RWG SIM stopped working today, and gave me a message that I had reached my spending cap. I was previously on the old 50/50/250 plan. I rang Now mobile on the 669 service number, and was told that my plan had
expired on the 7th July. Between then and now it had continued to work, running through the £5 credit on the account. No apology that nobody had bothered to inform me that they were closing down the free plan. While I freely concede that for many years I have had it too good to be true, I still think they should have had the
courtesy to notify me.Anybody else had the same experience? Time to switch to Talk Home, which appears to be another brand of Now, for the 1 penny per minute/text/Mb PAYG scheme. Fingers crossed I can get a PAC from RWG to switch within the same company.
