    Could anyone confirm if the "check bundle time" facility is working for them. I am on the free £5 package from 2022. When I text my bundle code, I get no response whatsoever, yet my calls and text appear to be working normally. The last time that I tried it was the 20th of June and it was working then.

    I am on the same package and I've just checked. Same here, no response. :|
    I'm done with RWG. Too many problems, too often.
    I've just got my PAC and I am moving elsewhere (I needed to chat to Now Chat to get it).
    Think il go as well if the free stuff goes,or stops renewing on the 25th  of the month

    Thanks for the replies. In the end I tried Now Mobile's live chat. Without acknowledging there was a problem with the text service, they told me I could check my remaining minutes by logging into my account on the RWG website. I tried and you can't!
    Had enough for one day, maybe I'll try again in a day or two.

    Just checked my two sims. Neither are allowing me to check my remaining balances. 
    I get that rwg have gone and now mobile seem to have taken over from what ive read of other posts. Very disappointing that now mobile have not had the courtesy to message people to let them know whats going on.

    I'm on the (free version) 100/100/750 plan and "info ukrwg1" was working for me on Saturday but not currently. However it's worth noting the it hasn't always worked in the past (before the current RWG issues), I can only assume due to system maintenance or similar.
    You've never been able to check remaining allowances on an RWG account, maybe you can on a NOW account if you actually have their own deal.

    50/50/250 text balance working until my monthly top date yesterday.
    Since then sent 5 balance check text but non answered.

    Elderly relative on 750mb 150min 150txts? Checked two weeks ago and still working fine. But agree couldn't text to get the balance any more. 

    Starting to worry I should really move her to another provider but it keeps going and she hates to pay mobile bills... For £15 around two years ago she has had surprisingly good value, I just hope it doesn't all end in tears...

    A similar experience here, mine stopped working on my monthly top up date on Jul 7. Curiously my 'info ukrwg1' text messages are shown as 'Sent' rather than 'Delivered'. I sent an email to RWG support, but have had no response.

    Interesting ive just noticed on google that when you type in rwg mobile. On the details page it says permanently closed at the Newport office. The website is still running. I wish we could get some proper clarity as to whether they have been taken over by now mobile or whether we will all find our numbers suddenly stop working.
    OK, some clarity having just spoken to NOW Mobile Customer Support.

    The text "info ukrwg1" (and maybe some others) has a technical problem which they are aware of, and it's not working for everyone (but obviously some).
    NOW Mobile are now providing the Customer Support (they answer 669 anyway) and RWG's Support page has had the London 0207 number on it for a while.
    I would suggest that anyone with a problem that wants to email, do so to hello@nowmobile.co.uk rather than the RWG email address.

    All the RWG Plans that are on their pages should continue to be available (whilst they are there - deals change) and work until expiry or cancelled.

    I was told the "balance" of my account (I've got the 100/100/750 £15 teaser bundle) as well as the current remaining month's bundle allowance. I have a good balance (as I took their additional £5 top-up bonus twice) and was using a fair bit of data at the end of last month (but not enough to warrant a top-up bundle or one from another provider that gave me signal (rural location), so I won't be going anywhere in a hurry.

    The one "surprise" was he told me that my bundle expires in Sept.2027 which I thought when I bought in 2022 it was "for life - until cancelled" so we'll have to keep an eye on that as may @alanjones60 want to on his from 2019!
