Anyone still on the completely free RWG plan?

Iv checked on the RWG website,and it says in the terms and conditions  it will renew every month until i cancel,or move away from the network.
Iv took a screenshot for when i have to argue with NOW mobile.
I know if it ends its only £2 a month to continue it,but it says its free till i cancel

The "info" texting issue has happened before, usually been fixed fairly quickly in the past. It's obviously intermittent as well. A friend of mine had it working earlier in the evening, then found it stopped working!!

Further on their t&c's it says they have the right to change the agreement, but if they do then you have the right to a refund of your credit balance for 60 days from the change.

I've been getting no response as well. Texting info ukrwg0 to 669 returns nothing.

Checking my original cash balance still works okay, it shows £4.95.

I also don't get a reply from the info text.
Has anyone been keeping track of their usage? As just checked my mobile and in the last week it says I've used 550MB mobile data on my 250MB sim (can't have used credit as none on phone).

If you ring 669 and select the relevant options, you should be able to request the detail.

I am porting away from RWG tomorrow. I thought I would send the £5 credit on my account to a charity, but I am unable to send a short digit text message or make a premium rate call to do this.

I contacted Now Chat who once again were quick to respond, but they said they were unable to unblock the premium rate bar on my account.

Anyone having any problems with RWG, it's definitely worth contacting Now Chat as they do at least respond quickly.

Texting 669 still not working. Also nearly missed a delivery yesterday, call went straight to voicemail. 

Not sure its worth it anymore.
