Not loading and cloudflare

Just back from a holiday and in half an hour have had the 'verify you are a human' screen half a dozen times+ other issues.
Not good !

I wonder if the site has been hacked but they don't want to publicly admit it?

I have been getting the errors over the last few days.

Hi everyone ... just to confirm we're very much aware that - although for some users things are running a bit better than they were last week - some other users are still finding the Forum slower or more difficult to access than usual.

We're sorry for the continued disruption and understand how frustrating it is.

We're continuing to work with our hosting/software provider to get things back on an even keel for everyone, and appreciate your patience and understanding.

We're also grateful to everyone who takes the time to report the error messages and other issues they are experiencing as this helps us build a complete picture.

I'm not sure that things are running a bit better for some users. It seems it a question of timing. Sometimes the forum is fine, sometimes it not useable. Just it was at the start of the problems. Not sure why you aren't showing the message about it anymore at the top of forum pages. That makes us think that you think it's resolved, when it clearly isn't.

It would really be helpful to have more regular updates, like this, until it is fixed.

I can confirm that today, things appear to be a lot better.

I can confirm it’s still not working at all for me on a desk top.

Hi @luijo - sorry to hear that.  Are you still getting the Cloudflare 'are you human?' check as described in your previous post, or is something different happening now?

Hi @MSE_James  I’m getting a screen that says Just a moment .. waiting for forums.moneysavingexpert.com to respond .. the screen then says verifying you are human .. This may take a few seconds .. it just goes back and forth between the two.. I’ll see if I can take a picture to show you.
