Help with Temu large item return

Temu is just a trading name used by the Irish company Whaleco Technology Ltd. It is registered and headquartered in Ireland at 25 St Stephens Green, Dublin 2.

The company also has a registered office in the UK as Whaleco UK Ltd, 1 Bartholomew Lane, London, United Kingdom, EC2N 2AX (might not be the sales office).

Whaleco is itself a wholly owned subsidiary of the large multinational company PDD Holdings which is also registered in ROI and has its head offices at the same address in Dublin.

You say you have collection proof but no tracking. What exactly does your collection proof consist of?

Thank you to everyone.  
After a long battle, I got my refund!  
No chargeback or court, Temu and the seller finally confirmed return.  It took months.
 
Can't recommend Temu for anything you're not willing to risk losing as they don't have a way to manage/automate returns beyond medium size parcels for their third party sellers yet.
To be fair, Temu's own customer service people were always friendly.

I since bought a fridge from a major family owned UK retailer online who gave me great service.

Do you happen to know what argument it was that persuaded them to pay you the refund?
