Ideally the item should be sent back before starting process, via a method that gives proof of delivery . Unless retailer is saying that you can not return. Often take not replying to emails, after a week as a refusal to take return.

Not seen any chargebacks against Temu. So no idea if they will respond in the same way as ebay or paypal.
But how can they leave me with severely damaged goods and no recourse. Then to send a deliberately fake returns label when so much money is at stake here?
I hate how stuff like this always happens to me but won't let them take all this money from me!
Because this is how chargebacks work. They are over & above your consumer rights. Not to many years ago before Visa & Mastercard really came into the market, under Maestro you would have had no recourse via chargebacks.

How much did you pay (in cash, given you used a voucher) for the fridge & who is the  debit on your statement too?

What does the debit description show as on your statement?
    Temu London GB at bank.
On the Temu site, the third party seller is listed as that Manchester furniture seller.

    Thanks.
Still does not answer how much the actual £ after voucher OP paid. As this could make a difference given in reality that is a Temu discount.
So any chargeback would be against the debited amount. Not the full cost of the item.👍

Update. Good and bad news for me.
I read all your replies. Thanks to everyone.

Spent a weekend of messaging Temu (90% AI bots but you get a human after a few hours) and the UK based seller that appears like a freight forwarder or something, who never reply.

Temu were friendly but I don't think they read or comprehend your messages. Kept repeating a script and offering vouchers.

Eventually for some reason the UK seller finally collected the damaged goods using a major courier. Maybe because I warned about my consumer rights and legal stuff.

Problem now is they stopped responding again so I still don't have my money back.  I have no confirmation that it was collected at all as the tracking number I was given never worked and still doesn't work.  It says "consignment not recognised" or something. They must have received it back by now.

What do I do now?  I still need all my money back and still struggling to live without a fridge for coming up to a month in this heat. Just exhausted and feel like I should have filmed the van driving away but feels unfair to the driver.

A previous poster put a picture up of the seller's details which included a telephone number. What happened when you called it?

'I found a good quality looking Chinese brand fridge on Temu for a good price. Temu offered me a voucher and I got a very good deal...

'...the UK seller finally collected the damaged goods...'

    'Temu were friendly but...keep...offering vouchers.'

From the very limited information you have shared with us about these vouchers, that might be all you are entitled to under the Consumer Rights Act.
Basically, CRA says that any payment you made with a voucher can be refunded as as a voucher.

The vouchers were an incentive I found when looking up the product.

Like "here is your £50 welcome voucher".  I still paid about £150.  It would've been £150+£60 but +£60 was -£60 because Temu offered me a voucher when I bought the product as a new customer.
So they owe me my £150 from my bank.

Not called.  If the call will keep me on hold long I will not be able to afford it right now as on a limited call plan.

I don't wish to sound insensitive, but you could've bought a fridge from Currys for less than that (and avoided all the hassle of dealing with drop-shippers and platforms).
