Our original park home in South Wales was in Band A in 1979. Currently it has been banded as a band C. When an appeal was made to the council regarding incorrect banding, was told "well all other similar properties are banded the same. When my local MP was questioned, after making enquires was informed that all the banding of properties in Wales were based on 2003 prices as opposed to the 1991 prices in England. Is this true and why does this unfair inequality allowed to exist?

Welcome to the forum. Have a look at this update. Wales was rebanded in 2005 so errors are less likely.
