Yes that’s what I was saying , it was took in at 25 because the Kia garage could not get it in for 3 months , thanks writing is not a strong point sorry but will try to change it to the best way I can
I don't think that will fly.  It's your responsibility to adhere to the service intervals, either by booking sufficiently in advance, or finding a garage to do it that's acceptable to the warranty terms.
It would need to be a Kia garage
Not according to the general warranty FAQs on Kia's website.

Who would expect a garage to have a service delay of three months
Is that relevant though, given that it doesn't have to be serviced at a Kia garage?  At the end of the day, if the warranty is important to a customer, the customer needs to ensure they comply with its terms.  If OP's local dealer had a lengthy wait, what steps did OP take to find an alternative?  It seems that for whatever reason they held out for the Kia dealer to do the job, but that's now a problem.
As I understand it KIA Garage told the OP that the service needed to be done by a KIA dealer which seems to be incorrect
If this is true then the 3 month delay is very relevant
As an aside I would always get a main dealer to do the service as any out of warranty goodwill will go out of the window if it has been serviced outside the network as well as KIA being able to claim things such as  that the service was not carried out exactly as a main dealer would such as ECU updates / application of technical bulletins etc

Check your warranty terms.  I'm pretty sure they say you aren't restricted to using a Kia garage as long as the servicing garage uses Kia parts or those of similar quality, as well as the correct grade of oil.

Driving a car around long after warning lights come on is a bad idea.
    Agreed about the warning lights

Kia stance on servicing outside dealership

    A

No – However, we think your Kia dealer is the place to go for servicing and maintenance. That’s because no-one else knows our cars like they do, and they will only use genuine Kia parts and Kia approved lubricants. Also your car will be checked for any service campaigns, modifications or improvements that need to be performed.

But, provided servicing and non-warranty repairs are carried out properly using genuine Kia parts or parts of equivalent quality you can use an independent repairer without affecting your vehicle warranty.

If your Kia car is not serviced by a Kia dealer or Authorised repairer we recommend:
    • The garage completing the service is VAT registered.
    • The service must be carried out correctly as detailed in the owner’s manual.
    • Only genuine Kia parts and lubricants as recommended by Kia or equivalent quality must be used.
    • The part numbers used should be detailed on the service invoice.
    • The oil type and grade used should be detailed on the service invoice.
    • Service records in the warranty booklet must be stamped and dated.

Please note: Kia UK do not maintain a centralised service record database, if the service record booklet for your car is incomplete you should contact the dealer that carried out the work or the previous owner (if applicable)

Outside dealership can not do any system updates or service bulletins/service recalls.

If Kia done the service at 7,200 it needed service at 17,000  but I was told it didn’t need one till 20,00 in nov 2022 I called Kia up to book it in it was on 19,500 at this point I told them their was a TPMS LIGHT , kept coming on (it’s an indirect one an has no pinpoint to what tyre) U can press the button for it to go off.
not long after it come back on ,so they said it’s feb it can come in for service as that’s the earliest to get it in, incase it needed warranty work , I told them it’s on 19,500 , an they said it’s fine , I took it in they done a service an they told me it was because I didn’t have the same make of tyre on as the other 3 , I went a bought Michelin privacy 3 , it still came on took it back an they said it’s because the tread on the new one is more than the ones on the other tyres.
went an got the same tyres on all same tread it still came on , took it back an the had to reprogram the car as that is what it needed ,
was on 25,000 at that point ,
than I called them to get it in again at 34,500 they booker it in 4 months but this time when it got to 37,000i took it to the local garage to do the service ,
I booked it in as the engine management light came on called RAC ,they said it needed a coil pack so I called them up an they said 42,000 we will do a service at the same time  st they done the service changed the coil from 1 to 3  said it needs plugs if on again cam back on in may called Kia no answer drove it to their an they said we don’t deal in Kia no more so you will need to call other Kia I see will they get it in no luck. Called the main dealer  an complaint about the wait an it not being the first time so I took it to the local garage an they done the plugs ,

If car was serviced @ 7,200 then next service would be due @ 17,000 or 12 months from the previous service whichever is 1st.

TPMS does not need reprograming by dealer. You just hold switch in for upto 10 seconds & it resets itself.

End of the day. It makes no difference Kia will not honour warranty on engine or any other part that is included in the service as, service has not been completed on time.

So it seems to me, you don't have a TPMS as such (with individual tyre pressure sensors), but a system which measures the speed of the wheels/discs using the ABS sensors.

So as well as the pressures being correct, the tyres will need to be the same outside circumference, or it will think wheels are not all going the same speed, which could indicate a low pressure tyre.

I'm not sure how sensitive the system is, but a big difference in tread may? throw up a fault.

Are you sure the tyres are correct & matching?
