Check your warranty terms. I'm pretty sure they say you aren't restricted to using a Kia garage as long as the servicing garage uses Kia parts or those of similar quality, as well as the correct grade of oil.
Driving a car around long after warning lights come on is a bad idea.0 -

No – However, we think your Kia dealer is the place to go for servicing and maintenance. That’s because no-one else knows our cars like they do, and they will only use genuine Kia parts and Kia approved lubricants. Also your car will be checked for any service campaigns, modifications or improvements that need to be performed.
But, provided servicing and non-warranty repairs are carried out properly using genuine Kia parts or parts of equivalent quality you can use an independent repairer without affecting your vehicle warranty.
If your Kia car is not serviced by a Kia dealer or Authorised repairer we recommend:
• The garage completing the service is VAT registered.
• The service must be carried out correctly as detailed in the owner’s manual.
• Only genuine Kia parts and lubricants as recommended by Kia or equivalent quality must be used.
• The part numbers used should be detailed on the service invoice.
• The oil type and grade used should be detailed on the service invoice.
• Service records in the warranty booklet must be stamped and dated.
Please note: Kia UK do not maintain a centralised service record database, if the service record booklet for your car is incomplete you should contact the dealer that carried out the work or the previous owner (if applicable)1 -

So without knowing which car you have & what age it is hard to say if it is still under warranty. Kia are very keen on car being serviced on time. Also no service book is going to make it hard to prove car has been serviced. As Kia have only just introduced a online database of servicing this year. So may not have older services if dealer is no longer a Kia franchise.
Kia do not provide a replacement car for warranty work.https://www.kia.com/uk/owners/insurance-and-warranty/7-year-warranty/terms-and-exclusions/
Limited liability
Under this warranty, Kia are only liable for the repair or replacement of original parts by an authorised Kia dealer that are defective in material or workmanship. Kia are not liable for any costs that may incur getting to a dealer, supplying a replacement car or as a result of being without the car during warranty repairs.
Again TPMS depends on which system you have? If you have the option in the dash to show all 4 tyre pressures, or if you have a reset button, which needs to be held in for a few seconds to reset the wheel sensors.

Its definitely worth complaining to the dealer if they misadvised you on who needed to do the service, you might be able to get a contribution to the cost of the work needed.0 -
Interesting that OP was quoted 2,500 over. As KCS quote & always have for years. 1,000 or one month leeway on servicing.
Also if OP is using a non Kia garage for servicing that Kia state to keep warranty intact.
Do you have to use Kia Dealers for servicing.

People should never be waiting for spanner to come up. It is very clear in both handbook & service book what the service timings are.Life in the slow lane1 -
