Bought car with 7,200 done service an said so it doesn’t need next service till 20,000 ,
I said ok , the service light came on service due in ???? Miles
I called them an asked for them to book it in an said to them the TPMS IS ON AN KEEPS COMING ON NO MATER WHAT I DO ,
they said our earliest date is mid feb .I said can I take it to another garage they said no it has to be a Kia garage ,
I waitted but not before trying to get it in a diffent Kia garage but they all had longer waiting times Liverpool , Wirral, St. Helens Warrington , said they are all chocker an have no room ,
at they said it needs another service at 35,000
Now at just before 35 ,000 spanner came up I called Kia Southport an asked to get it in for the service again it was 4 months Down the line ,
,I put a complaint into the main dealer they said we allow 2500 over  so has it’s got to 37,000 I took it in to a local garage an they done the service ,
at 42,000 I called Kia an said the engine management light has come on an the RAC  said it needs a new coil pack on cylinder one miss fire so they m booked it in for march  which was 3 months down the line ,
Istopped useing it an waitted ask them to get it picked up they said no it will drive  ,
drove it to their they swap coil pack from 1 to 3  I said it needs its first mot they said o we done the mot when we had the car as an the service ,
said if it comes on again it needs new plugs it came on in June  called Kia to get it in but yes 3 months again ,
(so took it garage to get spark plugs done )
,then billed me just short of 300 for it didn’t give me mot or the book again wasn’t stamped , than I got it serviced local garage at 47.00 than 56 .000 an mot in march ,
the the car cut out no light on got the AA OUT they said  misfire on cylinder 1 so done spark plugs still misfire
couldn’t  get coil pack so they took it the garage
they done coil pack but still misfire ,
called Kia said the misfire on cylinder 1 needs to come in said June this was April25 ,
I called main dealership they said try this an gave me some number all still had a wait .
one on Wirral said they will take it an do it as an when ,
done a compression test cylinder 1 has 10 cylinder 2 has 130  cylinder 3 has 130 they all should have 160/180’ an this is where they said it needs a bottom end but not covered by warranty

I bought a car from Kia ex demo with 7,200 on the clock ,  when I pick it up the person said it’s had a service an not due I’ll 20k on the clock ,in nov I called up to book car in an told them the TPMS LIGHT WAS ON so they said our first appointment is mid feb 23 which than made it 25,200 on clock , serviced an extra protection in the oil , than 37,000 ,43,000, the car management light came on  on this occasion they changed the coil pack from cylinder one to cylinder 3 said if it comes o again it needs spark plugs well came on again in the June  so went back an they said no longer dealing with Kia  so got a garage to do spark plugs ,56,000 , the car lost power cylinder one again this time the fault has now gone to no compression on cylinder one , the dealer said warranty wont cover because of late an missing service , I went down an asked they said no service was done at 7 200 ,I told the it was said it was but then she came back changed the mileage on their system to sai I bought it at 2,144 miles on clock she said we wouldn’t do a service at 2,144 I said no it was 7,200 but than I said  I said I know why you done that it as no you would not have don’t it than at 2,144 , I have it on paper work to prove what mileage was on it I was their to get all the paper work for it as it was lost ,  warranty won’t cover the new engine whT advice can you give

The first bit of advice is to structure that wall of text a little bit, to help people understand what's happened.  You'll get more advice that way.

From what I think I understand, the main dispute here is that the warranty won't cover the latest fault because you supposedly missed a service.  Is that correct?  What you seem to acknowledge in your post is that you left it until 25,200 miles before you had the 20,000 mile service completed.

What's the specified service interval?  Even allowing for the disputed 2,000/7,000 mile service stamp, leaving it until 25,000 miles was probably a mistake that could have invalidated your warranty.

I don't think that will fly.  It's your responsibility to adhere to the service intervals, either by booking sufficiently in advance, or finding a garage to do it that's acceptable to the warranty terms.

Looking at it it should have had one at 15,000/17,000 in April 2022 even if they did do the service in dec21 at 7,200

Warranties are additional to your consumer rights and I can't see you have any consumer rights here.  That means warranty, and if you haven't complied with the warranty terms, the warranty provider is entitled to deny your claim.  Some leeway might be expected, but going at least 8,000 miles beyond the end of the service interval is well beyond what I'd consider reasonable leeway.

Who would expect a garage to have a service delay of three months

Not according to the general warranty FAQs on Kia's website.

Is that relevant though, given that it doesn't have to be serviced at a Kia garage?  At the end of the day, if the warranty is important to a customer, the customer needs to ensure they comply with its terms.  If OP's local dealer had a lengthy wait, what steps did OP take to find an alternative?  It seems that for whatever reason they held out for the Kia dealer to do the job, but that's now a problem.

were you asking for a courtesy car when you were booking in the service? I know a family member with a Kia had a three month wait for a car, could get it in in a matter of weeks without. Kia has a problem at the moment with being too successful and not having the capacity in the network to service all the cars quickly.

Additionally you have to have an annual check to maintain warranty - did you have the annual checks done as expected?
