Yes but mitigating circumstances that the Kia is over worked which is why it went over the mileage  but I know what your saying big deep or the other option was give it back to finances which will than clear what is own on it still which is the advice that Kia that has got it said
What are you going to do, then?

As explained in several posts, you could have got it serviced at many other places and retained the warranty cover.  The warranty terms make that clear.  More importantly, adhering to proper service intervals keeps a car running well and reduces the likelihood of problems.  Running a car until warning lights appear before having it serviced is inviting trouble.

Maybe get a price from a local garage to see how much to repair or for an engine swap look for a recon or accident damage car with engine good ,take a payment holiday from the finance company, so I can get the money together to pay it . Or give it back on to finance , as without it I can’t work

Do you use the car to get to and from a place of work, or use the car for your business?

I thought the same. Maybe the car is being used as a taxi, hence the 6 month servicing.

Regardless the OP was at fault for going 5000 miles over and I don’t see how he can hand back to finance company without penalties.

Checked the warranty terms, and they include this:

Kia's standard 7-year, 100,000-mile warranty applies to vehicles used for business purposes, including those used as taxis, hire cars, or for other commercial use. However, Kia states that the warranty period for vehicles used commercially may be reduced to 60,000 miles if the vehicle is not registered as a taxi or private hire vehicle.

You may now be just over the 60k miles (you were at 57k in March) and I don't know if you have registered it as a taxi.  But....I still think all that is moot.  The big over-mileage on the stated service points almost certainly invalidates the warranty.  I think you'd get even less sympathy from a court (if it got that far) if you are a professional driver.
