I got the same email back from them. I responded using the link in the email and asked them to check more thoroughly and then received a reference number.

My guess is that the session didn't track properly when opening the account so they have no account of the OLA, otherwise we'd have received our gift card a few weeks ago like others here did.

I even use a separate browser for these offers and Top Cashback/Quidco with no cookie or ad blockers to ensure they correctly track.

Unless they can check with Santander, I'm not sure what more can be done. I'll keep pestering them if they send me another refusal and escalate up the chain if necessary. I have the email from Santander confirming the account opening on a date that corresponds with the offer and containing my OLA.

    My request has been refused.

"Unfortunately, we can't send you a reward, because the transaction doesn't qualify for this promotion in accordance with the Terms & Conditions. Detail listed below:

Our records show that an application did not take place for the OLA number provided. Please can you double check that the OLA initial provided is correct.

The full terms and conditions can be found at the bottom of the enquiry page:"

I did everything correctly and the OLA is correct.
I got the exact same. Not pleased at us all seemingly being fobbed off…

It looks like they’ve sent the same canned response to everyone who sent in the form and supplied a valid OLA.

I’ll give them 2 weeks to give me a response before escalating. In the end they’ll be falling over themselves to give me my gift card to make me go away! ;)

Another refusal received from them, insisting that my OLA doesn't exist, so now escalated to an official complaint.

How many accounts can we have anyway? I've tried searching but have only found a limit on edge accounts. I'm wondering if we can all take advantage of this new 25 offer lol

I think it's a max of 2 Edge Current Accounts and unlimited Everyday Current Accounts. I've already applied for the £25 offer with a new Everyday Current Account so will probably have to go through this whole thing again in September!

With the new £25 Amazon voucher, would a person be entitled to the £25 voucher if they've had a switching incentive in the past?
Or will Santander reject it because of this reason, even though the £25 seems to be linked with MSE and Moneysupermarket.

The £25 Amazon card is a separate offer to the switch offer. I just applied for the £25 offer, not the switch offer as I've already had switching cash from Santander.

To Optimise Media (UK) Ltd. (which is "voucher sent") as they're the one running the promotion.
