I have received a reply asking for the OLA number:-

Please may you provide your OLA number. The OLA number is the reference provided by Santander, this will be located on the emails received from Santander following your application from the email address customerservices@standaner.co.uk, subject 'Current Account Application'. This should follow the format of OLA0105xxxxx (OLA0105 followed by 5 digits)

I have looked through the emails from Santander but cannot find this. My application was a transfer from a 123 account. Anybody else in this position who might be able to help ?

    Thanks in advance.

Sorry I can't help. We all made new applications here, so we got the OLA reference numbers.

The OLA is the application reference number you received from Santander by email after you opened your Edge Current Account, Edge Up Current Account or Everyday Current Account.

I don't think you would get the bonus payment for a transfer from another Santander account. Offer terms are in post #2 of this thread and don't mention anything about transfer. If you did not open a new account, you wouldn't have got an OLA number, or the bonus.

Did you not apply for and successfully open a new Edge, Edge Up or Everyday current account?

The terms say "The offer is only open to UK residents who are aged 18 years and above who successfully apply for a Santander Edge current account, Edge Up current account, Everyday Current Account via this link, not over the phone, webchat, or by direct online purchases, from Monday 7th April 2025."

This would explain why you can't find an OLA number.
