Look again, their system updates twice a day, you may well now have an up to date statement...
    Just checked, thanks.
My monthly statement has indeed been generated and is showing on my account for transaction period 09/08/25-08/09/25.
However, it merely confirms there is no sign of the cashback/fee that was due yesterday 08/09/25.

Give it to Friday, then log a complaint via Customer Services by phone.

I'm going along with the change from 123 Lite to Everyday.

Today I've received an email from Santander welcoming me to my Everyday account, and telling me that my new card, PIN, and online banking details will be with me soon.
I haven't received anything so far.

However, the "Notice of Variation" received months ago,  re change from 123 Lite to Everyday, said that account number and sort code would stay the same, and that I could continue to use my card as normal.
Is the email just an admin blip? Or has anyone actually received a new card and PIN?

I think the email is a blip.
My account changed but nothing else changed except the name.
No new card / PIN etc

  • Yep, this is exactly mine. I get £1 for logging in with the app and £4 for two active DDs. Easy £5pm.
    and a £2 monthly fee?

Yes, sorry I forgot to mention the £2 monthly fee so net profit of £3/pm.

My cashback was paid as usual on 13th August (based on DD's taken on the 1st), and the fee was still taken on the 28th!!

The account is still showing as a "123 lite current account switcher"

I've reduced my DD's to as low as I was allowed, ready for the 1st, thinking that it would have changed by now.    Hmm, wonder if i'll get cashback again on the 13th September?

Yes, in answer to my own question.   I've had cashback paid today.    So I'm assuming that is the end of it now.

The name of the account hasn't changed yet, though.  Still showing as "123 LITE CURRENT ACCOUNT SWITCHER"
How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.60% of current retirement "pot" (as at end May 2025)

In my experience it has taken 2 months to get my first £5 payout. Rewards are pending for a month and then you claim them. My £1 for logging in quickly showed as pending but the direct debits £4 didn't start pending until month end. The £1 became payable soonest but you can't claim less than a fiver in rewards. So I started 1st July, claimed my first fiver in September and was charged my first £2 fee a week later. So I was not out of pocket at all. £3 in profit after the fee is taken.

Seeing how the rewards are pending etc I did expect to be paying the fee before the rewards started coming, but that hasn't happened. Happy 😁

Anybody else still got their 123 Lite? I normally get Cashback and the Fee charged on the same day, 17th of the month. Sure enough got the cashback and the Fee charges as normal today.
I'm waiting to see if it swaps to an Everyday Current Account after the statement is issued......
