Did you try Googling it to spot the typo!  :)

Why aren't you taking that email address from the Template Defence first steps section?

    Hello

Just received a letter from DCB legal that they intend to proceed with the claim  :/

Also received the N180 form separately.

Just to confirm, would I scan the completed form and send to both DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk and DCB legal?

    Thanks

    Hello

    All progressing towards discontinuance soon.

But a shout out: this month, we need you:

PLEASE bookmark this thread below and do the government's Public Consultation if you haven't done it yet. Their proposals are wrong. We must stop them.

Whilst your answers must of course be your own, there are vital points to safeguard motorists interests to make, that many people may not think of without our guidance because we see cases every day and we know the legal background.

However, people like you have lived & breathed the intimidation, greed and unfairness first hand so your voice is needed!

    Update:
I had a mediation call in September and as per recommendation I offered them nothing and the call didn't last long. Now received this notice dated 30Dec but i've been on travels so only found it now.

The date to pay the court fee has passed and unsure if the parking guys have actually paid it and are pursuing. Not sure what to do at this stage. Prepare the WS and send to both parties? Thanks guys

Phone the court and see if they paid the hearing fee

Check your email inbox and spam folders for their N279 discontinuation document and post a redacted picture of it below

Received an email saying they will proceed with the claim  :/

They've sent me a copy of their N180. Any advice on what I need to do now? Thanks
