    Not quite right for the email, it is on the list of email address in the template defence thread and is: -
    ClaimReponses.CNBC@justice.gov.uk
    No printing, nor scanning required, just "sign digitally"

    Why aren't you taking that email address from the Template Defence first 12 steps section?

    Just received a letter from DCB legal that they intend to proceed with the claim  :/

    Also received the N180 form separately.

    Just to confirm, would I scan the completed form and send to both DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk and DCB legal?

    No you dont scan it
